- Employ service providers; they are independent contractors
- Verify qualifications, licenses, or insurance of service providers
- Control service quality, outcomes, or professionalism

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Neither Pro Space Platform nor service providers are liable for adverse health reactions, allergic responses, or medical complications.
4. Payment Processing Disclaimer
We are not a bank or payment institution. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We are not liable for:
- Payment processing failures or delays
- Incorrect charge amounts or duplicate charges (contact Stripe directly)
- Fraud, unauthorized transactions, or identity theft
- Currency conversion issues or exchange rate fluctuations
For payment disputes, contact Stripe support or your bank within 30 days of the transaction.
5. Booking & Cancellation Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
- Service provider no-shows or last-minute cancellations
- Overbooking or scheduling conflicts
- Service delays or incomplete services
- Loss of earnings or business interruption due to cancellations
Each service provider sets their own cancellation policy. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the policy before booking.
6. Space Rental Disclaimer
Pro Space Platform is not a party to space rental agreements. Agreements are between the renter and the space owner. We are not liable for:
- Disputes between renters and owners
- Property damage, theft, or personal injury
- Breach of rental agreements
- Insurance coverage or liability issues
Renters should verify that the space is suitable, safe, and adequately insured before occupying it.
7. User-Generated Content Disclaimer
Reviews, ratings, and messages are user-generated. Pro Space Platform does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user content. We are not liable for:
- False, defamatory, or misleading reviews
- Harassment or abuse via the platform
- Damages resulting from user conduct

While we use industry-standard security, we do not guarantee data protection. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information. We are not liable for data loss due to system failures, hacking, or user error.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Space Platform and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These disclaimers are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UK or through binding arbitration. By using the platform, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for injunctive relief.
